Women at Work.

From a first job to a return after a sabbatical — tailored programmes for female graduates, for professionals building a career, and for women coming back to the workforce.

The three groups

Students, thrivers and returners.

Three points on the same career, and a different kind of help at each.

01

Rising Stars — Students

We provide tailored finishing school programmes for female college graduates, ensuring a seamless transition into the professional world. Our industry-oriented training equips them with the skills needed in their chosen fields. We also foster a strong alumni network that offers mentoring, networking opportunities and job fairs to support their career launch and growth.

02

Career Thrivers

Women Career Thrivers celebrates women’s resilience and success in achieving remarkable professional growth. Through upskilling, job fairs and job opportunities we propel their careers forward, supporting their personal and professional growth so they can thrive and contribute to their families and communities.

03

Career Re-entry

Our focus is also on upskilling, reskilling and assisting women who are returning to the workforce after a career break or sabbatical. We connect them with relevant peer professionals to bridge the knowledge gaps, offer mentoring, and provide job opportunities.

What you get

A route back in, or a route up.

The gap between having the skill and being hired for it is the part we work on.
