01Mentorship ProgramsOne-to-one mentoring across every cohort — founders, graduates, mid-career professionals and women returning after a break. 02Networking EventsIntroductions that would not otherwise happen: peers, employers, buyers, and the institutions that hold the budgets. 03Training / Skill Building WorkshopsNine structured programmes for organisations, plus workshops run directly for the women in our beneficiary groups. 04Access to FundingRoutes to grants, donors and CSR budgets for women building a business, and funded places for women who cannot pay. 05Leadership DevelopmentDecision-making, team building, emotional intelligence and the confidence to lead with integrity. 06Recognition and AwardsVisibility for women who are breaking barriers and challenging norms in their fields — the mavericks and the trailblazers. 07Collaboration and PartnershipsNine categories of partner, from corporates and government to knowledge partners and volunteers, each contributing something different. 08Counseling and SupportCareer counselling, five-dimensional assessment, mental-health resources and legal guidance depending on what is needed. 09Business Support / Vendor EmpanelmentSupplier diversity and vendor empanelment, so that women-led businesses reach the procurement lists they are usually missing from. 10Community BuildingA network that keeps working after the programme ends — alumni, peer groups and the people who hire from them.
